Past Continuous Tense 

This tense is used for the action which continued in the past at some particular time. eg: (at this time yesterday)

For example:

I was learning Simple past at this time yesterday.

We were discussing Spoken English at this time yesterday.

I am listening to grammar now. (Present Continuous)

I was listening to grammar at this time yesterday. (Past Continuous
